Suspension of Disbelief: THE MANCHURIAN CANDIDATE (2004)

Because the original 1962 film concerned prisoners from the Korean war it was titled 'Manchurian.' Shouldn't the reboot be named The Warbah Island Candidate, or The Jahra Candidate?
